6. Let our AI work its magic! We'll generate multiple design and message options
7. Review and select your favorite combination
8. Add to cart and proceed to checkout

Our AI image generator creates unique artwork for the front of your card based on:

• The occasion you've selected (birthday, anniversary, etc.)
• The artistic style you've chosen
• The description you provide about the recipient

The AI analyzes these inputs and generates original, professional-quality images that perfectly match the tone and theme of your card. Each image is unique and created specifically for your card.

Our AI message writer is trained to craft heartfelt, personalized messages and poems. It considers:

• The occasion and sentiment required
• The recipient's name and your description of them
• The sender's name (your name)
• Appropriate tone and length for greeting cards

The result is a touching, personalized message that reads as if you spent hours crafting it yourself - but delivered in seconds. Messages are typically 3-4 verses long, perfect for the inside of your card.

Yes! While our AI generates high-quality content, you're always in control. You can:

• Regenerate content if you want different options
• Choose from multiple generated options for both images and messages
• Edit messages to add your personal touch
• Mix and match different images with different messages

We recommend trying several generations to find the perfect combination that resonates with you.

After creating a card, you'll be presented with options:

1. View all generated image options by navigating through the thumbnails
2. Click on an image to see it full-size with its paired message
3. Review the generated message for that combination
4. If you like a particular image or message, you can select it
5. You can request new generations at any time until you find the perfect match
6. Once satisfied, click "Add to Cart" to select that card option

Important: The watermark you see in preview images is only for protection during the selection process. After you complete your purchase, you'll receive high-quality versions of your cards without any watermarks. Your final cards will be clean, professional, and print-ready.

The checkout process is simple and secure:

1. Add to Cart: Click "Add to Cart" on your selected card option
2. Review Cart: Visit your cart to review all items and the total price
3. Apply Coupons: If you have a coupon code, enter it in your cart
4. Checkout: Click "Proceed to Checkout"
5. Enter Addresses: Provide your invoice and shipping addresses
6. Payment: Enter your payment details securely through Stripe
7. Complete: Review and submit your order

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Custom greeting cards start at £3.95 per card. The final price depends on:

• The number of cards in your order
• Any applicable discounts or coupon codes
• Delivery options selected

Our order processing works as follows:

Each card is carefully inspected for quality before shipping.

We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

• E-Delivery: Digital versions sent via email for instant delivery (eco-friendly option). Perfect for last-minute occasions or when you prefer to print yourself.
• Standard Delivery: Physical cards printed and delivered to your specified address. Cards are printed by our partner Prodigi and shipped using their standard shipping service.

Eco-Friendly Note: E-delivery is our environmentally conscious option. Digital cards reduce our carbon footprint while still allowing you to send beautiful, personalized greetings. You can save or print the digital version yourself as needed.

Physical Delivery: Standard delivery times vary by location. Cards are printed locally by our print-on-demand partner Prodigi, who operates print facilities in the UK, EU, and USA to minimize shipping distances and environmental impact.

Tracking your order is easy:

1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to your profile section
3. Click on "Orders" to view all your past and current orders
4. Click on any order to view its status and details
5. You'll receive email updates when your order status changes

Order statuses include: Processing, Printing, Shipped, and Delivered.
